Good ice cream, fast service. Not quite gelato but an enjoyable sweet treat. Offering baked goods goes well with the many flavours of ice cream.

It is all quite good, but the chocolate is AMAZING! Staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend it!

Amazing taste and selection of ice cream and gelato. They do tend to be too sweet, so all you really need is 1 scoop.

I have been here twice and what brought me back was the peanut butter flavor and the heat! Today I decided to try a little bit of the cannoli and pistachio mixed with the peanut butter. The three flavors were great but I love the peanut butter the most! I highly recommend it.

Vivoli il gelato. Honestly I was unimpressed. The gelato was fine, and the waffle cone bowl was actually pretty good, but all the people working were very very rude. It was very off putting. Especially since this on Disney property. I just expect cheerful and happy, or at least just nice. They all acted like the customers were an inconvenience to them. There was a long wait when I was there as well. Also there is no seating inside, so be prepared to eat your gelato quickly outside before it melts. It’s also rather expensive, and the servings are not huge.

Decent Gelato, nice people, but I didn't appreciate the lecture on how I should always carry my wallet with me.

Great for a quick little treat and a coffee. We like getting a small desert here to share after dinner. The gelato is very good and you don't need a lot to be satisfied. a little pricey but good to share if you want a little romance.

Great Gelato but extremely rude and disorganized staff. Got my order wrong twice and was aggressive about it. Ruined the experience no matter how good the gelato was.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The gelato is perfect. I went with the shredded coconut gelato and spilt a chocolate donut. Donut was thick, tasty, and fresh tasting. The outdoor seating adds to the atmosphere. You can sit here for a while and enjoy the music or entertainment right across the way. Very nice little spot in Disney Springs, will look forward to coming here in the summer months I’m sure.

Tried the Shamrock Sunday and it was pretty good, albeit $13. A little steep for what you get.

Their milkshakes here are by and away some of the best I've ever had. They're so good, the whipped cream feels boring. They also dress them up to the 9s and make them look as good as they taste.

This place was great! Just showed them a picture and they knew what I wanted and were nice about it. It tasted delicious and my brother almost drank it all on me. Only giving a 4 and not a 5 because I haven’t tried everything.

We had the passionfruit and lemon sorbet. Both intensely true to the fruit’s flavor. There was a long line but it moved quickly.

Better than ice cream.Good selections of hand-dipped gelato, with large servings of creamy, tasty goodness. My combination serving of salted caramel and tiramisu was large and overflowing my cup. The line was short by comparison to other treat stops in Disney Springs, and service was fast and friendly. We were offered and accepted tasting options to help make our best selections. There are precious few small tables outside the store for enjoying your treats, and we were able to grab one for some excellent people-watching. But be prepared to enjoy your goodies elsewhere.

We got the Tiramisu shake. It was very tasty.

Personally I didn't order anything but my teenager enjoyed every single bite . Decent selection and prices are affordable. I think it's worth a visit. So stop by Google family post what you think.
